Procedure

Add phase A and phase B to main vessel 600ml beaker in order. Heat to 45°C. Mix phase C into main vessel slowly, then continue to heat to 60-65°C. Add phase D, the oil phase, in order in separate beaker and continue heating and mixing to 70-75°C. When both phases are at appropriate temperature, add oil phase to water phase slowly with moderate mixing setting for 1-3 min. Discontinue heat and cool to 60°C with prop. At 60°C, add phase E, mix, and cool to 45°C with prop. At 30-35°C, add phase F and mix until uniform. Allow batch to thicken slightly overnight and add phase G without shear mixing.
